My AccountCreating an Account To place an order you must create an account. Click on the 'My Account' link located at the top right of every page or you may wait and create your account during the checkout process.
Making edits to your account information To view or change your account information click on the 'My Account' link located at the top right of every page to log in. From there you can edit your billing/shipping information, email address and password.
Forget your login? Your login is your email address.
Forget your password? If you forgot your password click on the 'My Account' link located at the top right of every page and submit your email address in the 'Forgot Your Password? field. We will then send you an email with a link to reset your password.
OrderingPayment Options? Assassin Sports accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Google Checkout.
Sales Tax? You will not be charged sales tax unless you live in Texas. The current sales tax rate in Texas is 8.25%.
When will my card be charged?? Your credit card will only be charged when your order is shipped. However, your financial institution may hold those funds until we charge the order. In this case you may see an authorization for the amount on your card. If the order is not charged and shipped the authorization drops after several business days. If the authorization has not dropped after 5 business days please contact your financial institution to have the authorization removed.
Changing or Canceling an Order? To change your order (before the order has been processed, no exceptions) call us during business hours at (817) 386-0477 or contact us via our LIVE SUPPORT chat application located to the right.
Out of Stock Items? Out of stock items are expected to ship in 2 - 7 days. When you order an out of stock item, your order will be placed on backorder status. You can always email us at sales@assassinsports.com, call us at (817) 386-0477 or contact us via our LIVE SUPPORT chat application located to the right to find out the item's expected arrival date.
Substitution policy: The only thing we cannot guarantee color on is paintballs.
Order Verification
- Assassin Sports performs an extensive validation of all orders, this may include verification of shipping and billing information, phone calls to customers, verification of valid e-mail, and cardholder information and cardholder authorization.
- Please be patient during the order validation process. Any mistakes in the information your have supplied to us may result in significant delays.
- Processing of an order will take between 24 and 48 hours during regular business days, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Shipping time is calculated after order processing and verification is complete.
Delays or cancellation of orders may be the result of the following:
- Ship to and bill to addresses do not match.
- Cardholder name and ship to name do not match.
- No immediate response or verification from e-mail or telephone numbers supplied by you.
- Declined or rejected credit card due to failed address verification
- Declined or rejected credit card due to insufficient funds.
Order verification protects our CUSTOMERS from FRAUD. So, please be patient.
Gift Certificates
Buy a Gift Certificate? Gift Certificates are available in $15, $20, $50, $75, $100, $150, $250, $500 amounts.
When you place an order for a gift certificate, our system will generate a Gift Certificate with a random code associated with this order. In addition to the New Order email you will also receive a Gift Certificate email with the details about how to redeem it. This email can be forwarded to the person who will be redeeming the certificate.
Order StatusHas my order shipped?? You can check the status of your order by logging into your account my clicking the 'My Account' link at the top right of any page or email us at sales@assassinsports.com, call us at (817) 386-0477 or contact us via our LIVE SUPPORT chat application located to the right.
How do I track my order? ?Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification which will include the tracking number (if available) from your choice of carrier.
When will I receive my backorder?? We will only hold backordered product for a maximum of 60 days unless otherwise specified by the customer. Call us at (817) 386-0477 and let a customer service representative know that you want to allow the backorder for more than 60 days. On the 60th day of the backorder the item will be removed from the order and the remaining product will be shipped out. Exceptions to the policy will be made for specific items and pre-ordering situations.
I never received my order? First, make sure your order status is 'Delivered' (also, be sure to check with everyone at your address). Next, you can contact UPS directly at 1(800) PICK-UPS. If you still can't find your order please email us at sales@assassinsports.com, call us at (817) 386-0477 or contact us via our LIVE SUPPORT chat application located to the right.
My order is missing an item ?Please contact us ASAP via email at sales@assassinsports.com, call us at (817) 386-0477 or contact us via our LIVE SUPPORT chat application located to the right if you are missing an item on your order. We will then begin an investigation by comparing shipped weight and do an inventory match.
??If the item was not shipped to you we will send a replacement using the shipping method from the original order. ??
If the item was shipped and lost in transit we will begin a UPS claim for you.
ShippingHow much is shipping?? You can check the shipping charges by adding items to your cart, then enter your zip code into the Calculate Shipping field and click go. Our system uses Real-Time shipping calculations from UPS and USPS to give you up to date shipping costs.
When will my order ship?? If your item displays 'In Stock' it will probably ship within 24 working hours. Add 24 hours to your chosen shipping method to get the total time to receive your order. Carriers do not count weekends as a day in transit.??
To speed the delivery of your order, have your order shipped to the credit card billing address as we can not guarantee transit times for orders shipped to different ship-to / bill-to addresses.
What shipping options do you offer? In the Continental U.S. we ship UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day and Priority Mail. Military address may only be shipped via the US Postal Service. International orders are shipped via UPS or the Postal Service. UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes.
How can I get free shipping?? Free Economy shipping is offered on orders above $199 (not including tax). Offer excludes shipments outside of the Contiguous United States (excludes AK and HI).
If you Choose Free or Economy Shipping, your Order will be shipped via a carrier and option of our choice (normally USPS or UPS). Once your item has been shipped via the Free Economy Shipping option, a tracking number will be posted to your account (as long as the shipping option includes a tracking number).
If you require a tracking number for your shipment, it is suggested that you choose a UPS or USPS Priority Shipping Option rather than Free Economy Shipping. This will ensure that you are provided with a tracking number once your order has shipped and you will be able to view your shipments status.
USPS First Class Mail does not Include Tracking Information. You may see a Tracking Number in your account for USPS First Class Mail, but please be aware that this Tracking Number will not produce any Tracking Status or Results.

Only orders totaling $199 or more are eligible to ship via our Free Economy Shipping option. This includes Pre-Orders and Backorders.??
Limitations: Only available to the contiguous 48 United States. Free Shipping does not apply to paint. A $5 charge will be assessed for each case ordered. Free shipping cannot be used with any other discount or promotion.
How can I ship CO2?? Any gas items such as CO2 cartridges and Airsoft green gas can only be shipped UPS Ground. Due to U.S. federal law, we cannot ship CO2 to Hawaii or Alaska.
My order was damaged in transit.? All shipments are insured. First, contact us. You can email us at sales@assassinsports.com, call us at (817) 386-0477 or contact us via our LIVE SUPPORT chat application located to the right to begin the process.??
You'll need to provide your invoice #, tracking #, and description of the damage. The freight carriers will expect you to have the box, packaging and merchandise available for inspection for 7-15 days, depending on the carrier. They will send us the paperwork, and we will take over from there. The average time to settle a damage claim is 30 days from the date of reporting it. When they settle the claim, we will reship new product to you.
My order didn't arrive on time.? Your order will ship by the method of your choice. Note: UPS does not guarantee delivery times for ground shipments to any residential address. If you run a business out of your home, it is considered residential. Delivery times are guaranteed only to commercial addresses that are in a "commercial zone". They will provide estimated times of delivery, but they are not guaranteed.
??The only guarantee is on Air shipments. If your next day or second day package does not arrive on time, you will need to contact us, and provide your invoice #, and tracking #. We will file a service failure with the Carrier, and refund the shipping charges to your account. Please note that claims for service failure must be made within 30 days from the date your merchandise was SHIPPED. This is not from the date received, but from the date the carrier accepted the shipment from us.
Can I pick up my order? ?Unfortunately no, we do not operate a brick and mortar storefront at this time.
Return Policy & ProcedureWe offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all new and unused merchandise in its original packaging, excluding paintballs, apparel and airsoft products. All Paintball sales are final. Breakage is insured in shipment.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Used products may not be returned. Use is defined as any attempt to open packaging, fire, install, wear or wash.
- Airsoft products do not come with a warranty.
- All purchasers of paintball markers must be 18 years of age. Purchasers agree to abide to all local laws and regulations in their area.
- Purchasers are responsible for all importation taxes and duties imposed. All paintball pellet sales are final. Breakage is insured in shipment. Please contact carrier immediately if damage is noted on parcel. We will attempt to ship you your desired color in paintballs, but color is not guaranteed. Used products may not be returned. All defective products must be repaired / replaced / exchanged / refunded by the manufacturer.
- We will not accept exchanges / returns on defective merchandise, please contact the manufacturer. (Defective merchandise must be returned / repaired / replaced / exchanged through the manufacturer. All manufacturers provide at least a 90-day (some offer 1 full year) parts and labor warranty on paintball guns. Please review the product owner's manual before use and register your product for warranty. )
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping will be charged on returns that received free shipping. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns or refused packages.
- No returns accepted without RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Assassin Sports will not be held responsible for typographical errors. Airsoft guns are required to have the tip (1/4 inch) of the barrel permanently colored in blaze orange or red.

WarrantiesDoes my product have a warranty? ?Many products have warranties that are provided and serviced by the manufacturer of your product. Assassin Sports is not responsible for freight charges of items requiring warranty service. There is no warranty on paintballs. But don't worry because 99.9% of our paint orders arrive in perfect condition. Gun warranties vary by manufacturer.
I received a broken product.? If you received a broken or damaged product out of the box please call us at (817) 386-0477. Depending on the circumstance we'll give you an RA #(Return Authorization) or put you in contact with the manufacturer.
Who should I contact for warranty repairs? Please contact the manufacturer of your product for warranty repairs.

Orders are insured for the full amount, except orders shipped via USPS(EMS). The best way to go is usually UPS Express International as it is more expensive than the Postal Service but provides full tracking information, automatic customs clearance, and insurance. Assassin Sports is not responsible for shipping delays due to orders being held up or conphiscated by customs. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of orders not claimed at Customs. International postal orders cannot be tracked once they leave the United States.
International Waiver? Customer agrees to pay the order total amount according to the card issuer agreement. Customer understands that they may be charged import duties or taxes by their government. Customer agrees that if they refuse the delivery of the shipment that they are still responsible for all freight charges, taxes and duties. ?
Is Importing Paintball or Airsoft products legal in my country?? Check with local law enforcement regarding legality of paintball products in your area. Check with your local customs office regarding taxes or duties that may be collected at the time of delivery or to determine any restrictions on importing this type of sporting goods to your country.
